Plain words, kept short

A Short, Honest Privacy Policy

Last updated 18 July 2026

The whole thing in one breath: Stride Kingdom counts your steps and turns them into a game. Your step counts and your account live on our own server, they are used for nothing but the game, and nobody else gets them. No ads, no trackers, no data sale — ever. Want everything deleted? One email and it's gone.

What the game reads on your phone

The Physical activity permission is the phone's built-in step counter — the whole game runs on it. That sensor counts strides; it does not know where you walked. The game never asks for your location, camera, microphone, or contacts.

The only other things it may ask for are notifications (optional — gentle nudges you can decline or switch off) and vibration for a little haptic warmth.

What we store, and where

Your account and game data live on a server we run ourselves — not a third-party analytics platform, not an ad network's cloud. Stored there:

Signing in with Google (optional)

If you choose "Sign in with Google", Google tells us your verified email address so we can create or link your account — and that is the whole exchange. We get no access to your contacts, files, calendar, or anything else in your Google account, and Google gets no game data from us.

What we never do

The browser version

Playing in your browser uses the same account and the same server, under the same rules. This website itself keeps no analytics and sets no tracking cookies.

Deleting your data

Email us at [email protected] from the address on your account and we'll delete the account and everything attached to it — character, steps, the lot. Gone from the live database, plainly and completely.

Questions

The same address reaches a person, not a ticket queue: [email protected]. If this policy ever changes, the date at the top changes with it — and the spirit of it (your steps are yours) never will.
